  • Role: Front-end implementation, build new templates, GA4/GTM, UAT, implement cookie consent.

    • Migrating a large-scale site with hundreds of pages, blog posts, and forms, each requiring accurate transfer and template consistency.
    • Preserving site performance during the migration, ensuring Core Web Vitals (like LCP and CLS) didn’t regress.
    • Maintaining SEO integrity, including metadata, redirects, structured data, and multilingual hreflang tags, to prevent ranking loss.
  • Solutions:
    • Built a scalable migration framework to handle hundreds of pages, blog posts, and forms with consistent templates and reusable components.

    • Maintaining compliance with multiple regional laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, ePrivacy, etc.) simultaneously.
    • Managing different site architectures (corporate domains, event microsites, and third-party integrations).
    • Ensuring banners, preference centers, and consent signals rendered properly across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Solutions:
    • Implemented region-aware scripts to dynamically serve consent banners and opt-out flows based on user location.
    • Standardized cookie categories, descriptions, and consent preferences across all properties for consistency.
    • Integrated Securiti.ai with tag management systems to block or trigger tags only after consent was given.
